Dragon Family Core Values

As we grow, it has become more and more important to explicitly define the core values from which we develop our culture, our brand and our strategies. 

These are the ten core values that we live by:

1-Pursuing personal growth and learning 

"Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential." -Bruce Lee 

2-People helping people 

"We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give." -Winston Churchill 

3-Creating a fun, happy environment for learning 

"If it's not fun, you're not doing it right." -Bob Basso 

"Great is the human who has not lost his childlike heart."  -Mencius

4-Being honest. Both with ourselves and others. 

“When you are naturally sincere, you are seen by others as honest, simple, and faithful.” -Lao Tzu 

"Anyone who doesn't take truth seriously in small matters cannot be trusted in large ones either." -Albert Einstein

"To me, ultimately, martial arts means honestly expressing yourself. Now, it is very difficult to do. It has always been very easy for me to put on a show and be cocky, and be flooded with a cocky feeling and feel pretty cool and all that. I can make all kinds of phoney things. Blinded by it. Or I can show some really fancy movement. But to experience oneself honestly, not lying to oneself, and to express myself honestly, now that is very hard to do." -Bruce Lee 

5-Being adventurous and open minded

7-Building a positive team and family spirit

9-Being passionate and determined
