The Secret is Solo Training
The secret is within your solo training. You have to know what it means to find it on your own, by yourself, in solitude. Of course you need quality instruction. Don't think you can simply do it alone. You need to be corrected year in and out. But you also won't find it by anyone else just telling you. No matter how good they are. You have to honestly put in the work to find it. Therefore you have to seek it yourself, by yourself. It's this "at home" training which cultivates authentic understanding. This is what solo training means – to constantly seek the implications within you. Because these implications simply can't be taught, they must be experienced in order to be understood.
Note: Staying on the path can be very difficult, especially when the ego gets in the way.
