Dana Point, CA - An event for all, "ENTER THE DRAGON", will take place on Sat. June 19th for the grand opening of The Dragon Institute -
Orange County's first Wing Chun Kung Fu institution.
The first 100 people to attend the event will be given a free private kung fu lesson. The grand opening will also feature a KUNG FU DEMO including blindfolded sparring, secret moves on the Wing Chun Kung Fu wooden dummy and a display of the infamous ONE-INCH PUNCH.
This unique Dana Point martial arts school will teach both adults as well as kids the same legendary kung fu system studied by Bruce Lee.
There will be free give-away items including a dinner for 2 to Peking Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Dana Point, several kung fu DVDs including the yet to be released on DVD Ip Man 2, official t-shirts, hats and much more.
The Dragon Institute puts the martial arts system of Wing Chun Kung Fu on the map in Orange County, California. It's unique kung fu program carries with it full international martial arts accreditation. Recognized and certified by several top world organizations, the institute will bring to light centuries of kung fu knowledge once held in secret by underground Chinese rebels. The Dana Point martial arts school is proud to represent the Yip Man (aka Ip Man) method of Wing Chun Kung Fu as passed down by his senior-most student in Hong Kong, Leung Sheung. Yip Man is the celebrated kung fu teacher of Bruce Lee. Several kung fu movies have been made about Yip Man including the 2008 Hong Kong blockbuster titled Ip Man and the 2010 sequel Ip Man 2.
For adults, The Dragon Institute will offer the full spectrum of mind and body self-growth. Adult classes will not only be a fun way to get in shape, but also the advantages of stress-relieving meditation, a whole new way to look at life’s challenges, applied practical science – all in a system of self-defense considered by many experts to be one of today's most effective methods.
For kids, ages 4 and up, The Dragon Institute goes way beyond teaching children how to defend themselves.
