The Ultimate Teacher

Fear holds a teacher back from sharing their knowledge openly. Many fear being taken advantage of by their students or being shown up by them so they hold back information. Their insecurities are projected into their teachings and often their students follow this same fear-driven approach when they teach. The sad thing is that most teachers have at least a certain degree of this fear within them. Its human nature. Those that do aren't bad teachers, they simply limit themselves and their reach.

However, those that can free themselves from their own insecurities and fears have reached a level I refer to as "the ultimate teacher". They are extremely rare. However, if you are lucky enough to find one of these rare individuals who has transcended fear, you'll find someone who's life purpose is sharing openly with the sincere hope that their students become better than them. They are what I call the ultimate teacher. They do what they do because they love it. It's this love of what they do that makes them so influential. Make no mistake, they are the catalysts for true growth. They unleash the unlimited power of giving and therefore grant permission to others to embark on this endless cycle of giving. Because of them, we are all inspired to reach for more!
