Orange County Qigong & Tai Chi Concepts

Orange County, CA - Orange County Qigong, under the direction of the Adam Williss Martial Arts & Wellness Institute, is bringing Tai Chi Concepts & Qigong to the forefront of Orange County through its new, Orange County classes and specifically targeted website orangecountyqigong.com.

The classes are called Tai Chi Concepts and are Orange County's latest mind-body-soul exercise, a powerful system of healing and preventive medicine. Its roots lie in ancient China and an internal martial arts integrating ancient healing movement principles from Tai Chi, Wing Chun and Silk Reeling Energy work. Classes, called Tai Chi Concepts, combine gentle, low impact movement, deep breathing, awareness meditation and energy sensitivity drills to cleanse, balance, and circulate vital energy (qi).

Led by 15 year martial artist and healing movement practitioner Sifu Adam Williss, our Tai Chi Concepts classes are dedicated to improving Orange County's health, vitality and leading individuals to a more relaxed and centered state-of-mind.

Here are a couple testimonials from our members:

Working in an office all day is brutal. Tense muscles and stiff backs are the price paid for our abundant lifestyles but there is a way to balance the physical and mental toll with “Siu Nim Tau”. The form is the modern day cocktail lunch and provides a healthy rejuvenating mental and physical release from tension. I have been using it almost daily ever since I started studying the art [Tai Chi Concepts] with Sifu Adam Williss and have experienced a dramatic change in how I feel at work. Because the study involves both the mind and body it provides a complete experience, deepening my sense of well being and reducing my level of stress. I would recommend this art and Sifu Adam to anyone looking for relief from stress related aches and pains.

In an unsolicited comment, my doctor and Certified Sports Physician who has treated my knee for several years said the muscles and alignment of my knee looked healthier than he could recall over the years. Explaining to him the form and stance work he immediately enforced the conversation by emphasizing the physiological benefits of the forms, exercises and training.
